Dear Parents/Carers,

We are delighted to announce our extracurricular club offerings for the Autumn Term. We are very grateful to the teachers and support staff for giving up their time to run the activities listed overleaf.

Most clubs will begin W/B Monday 18th September, unless stated otherwise. Some clubs will begin after half-term, but each Google Form will detail when each club will run. Separate Google Forms for clubs running after half-term will be sent in October.

How do I book my child into a club?

The table listed overleaf contains a ‘Book Now’ function for each club. When you click the hyperlink, you will be directed to fill in a Google Form. Each Google Form will contain further information about what the club offers, what the children need to wear, collection arrangements and timings of the club.

Please note:

Ø Some clubs are limited by numbers and will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Ø By signing your child up to one of our clubs, we ask that the children take responsibility in ensuring they attend every week. Clubs at Compton are very popular and we are keen to maximise the attendance weekly. Should your child be unable to attend, we politely ask that they inform the lead adult as soon as convenient.

Ø Some sessions may be subject to change depending on staffing commitments/weather changes. We will notify you at the earliest opportunity should any club become cancelled.

Ø Our extended After School Club will continue to run daily by District Sports – this is open to all year groups and runs until 5:30pm, daily. If you would like to book your child in, please contact Lewis Russell directly on: 07854 608965.
